Rugby World Cup
I think it's simply a question of who's going to win the final between New Zealand and South Africa. It's been 12 years since these two great sides met in the '95 final, and it's time for a rematch.
Anybody backing any other team?

Being staying up late to watch some games. So far, the Wales/Fiji game has been the best I have seen. Am now looking forward to those great rivals Oz/Englang. Of course I'm hoping for Oz to win the tournament but NZ look mighty hard to beat.

Hi chunga - I agree with you about NZ, and I think Oz should beat England; but don't underestimate the "Poms" , particularly now that Wilkinson looks as though he might be bringing the 2003 "one-man team" factor back into play!! Regards...Tony

This day will be remain in rugby memory for a long time! NZ and Oz sent packing in games they shouldn't have lost. Well done France and England.
My original prediction was SA v NZ in the final and SA to win. I'll go for SA v Fra now. And while I'll be cheering on the saffas, I think France will have the home town advance and win.
Hopefully we get through tomorrow without too many upsets......

Oh woe is us. I give full credit to the Poms even though they failed to score a try. Mortlock's kicking was well below par and the oz general play was woeful; all those lost balls and scrum penalties! What was even more surprising was the NZ loss. According to the news reports their supporters were very much perturbed off. Looks like SA and France to me.
