How in heavens do you maneuver with the mailing? Could any of you explain to me how can I know whether I have an answer or not?

I have sent two messages and have received no answer at all, or I do not know how to open them.

Under My messages on the left hand side you will see either a (1) in brackets if you have a new message or (2) depending on how many you have. Simple click on my messeges and open it up.
