I see the automatic timeout process did take care of this game last night. I will investigate further and get back to you.

I have tracked down the cause of this. It's related to a bug where games with no moves were showing the incorrect move time remaining. The underlying issue had already been resolved.

I think we are not able to do that since the rewrite of the site....

You can still see other players' games. Click on the player whose games you would like to see and it will take you to their details page. Just above the profile box there is a bolded option to "view players games".
